Why is Pink Parlour Singapore closing?

After 21 years, Pink Parlour Singapore will be closing as we conclude the sale of the business to a new brand owner.

Is this a temporary closure?

No. Pink Parlour Singapore will be permanently closed after 31st May.

When is the last day of operations?

Our final day of operations in Singapore will be 31st May.

What happens next?

Your journey will continue under a new brand owner, with more details to be shared soon.

Package & Value

Will I lose my package value?

No. Your full package value will be preserved and transitioned accordingly.

Are there any fees or penalties?

No. There are no fees or penalties associated with this transition.

Will my package validity change?

No. Your validity will remain unchanged until its original expiry date.

Can I request a refund instead?

Refunds are not available outside of our existing refund policy and eligibility terms.

Once credits are transitioned, they are non-refundable and carry no cash value.

What happens to my remaining sessions?

Your remaining sessions will be converted into credits of equivalent value and transitioned to the new arrangement.

There may be a short transition period while systems and credits are being aligned. More details will be shared soon.

Can I transfer my package to someone else?

No. Packages are strictly non-transferable and remain under the original purchaser's name.

Can someone else use my package?

For verification and account integrity, usage is limited to the registered customer only.
